La Luz Del Mundos' Salvation verses The Bibles' Salvation?

The church of La Luz Del Mundo (LLDM) teaches that a person must believe in the leader of LLDM, Samuel Joaquin, is an apostle with all of the authority of Jesus Christ to forgive sins and to give life to the souls of those that by faith alone follow him and his church.

The following quotations in blue are statements made to me personally by members, pastors and decons of LLDM, or while attaining offical LLDM worships.

“It is Samuel Joaquin who only knows the true will of God. If man wants salvation he must know and believe in the one that has been chosen for salvation, through choosing “the man of God, Samuel Joaquin.”

“It is not enough to believe in just Jesus Christ. We must believe in the one sent of God, the man Samuel Joaquin.”

“We (La Luz Del Mundo) say that there is a man of God on earth for salvation now and he is the servant of God for our salvation, Samuel Joaquin.”

“Why do we talk so much of Samuel Joaquin? Because our salvation is in him only.”

“Samuel Joaquin will tell us what we need for salvation. We must believe in him the chosen one.”

“The man of God”, has taught the Light of the World that we must have a man of God on earth for salvation” and Samuel Joaquin Flores is that man”.

Samuel Joaquin, and LLDM as a orginization, do not offer any biblical Scriptures to support this teaching, only to say that -

"God will open our eyes to the truth that we must believe in the one sent and through him alone you will receive salvation."

“The man of God is the life of our souls”.

“The world believes that the truth of God and the mystery is revealed to all man kind. The Light of the World does not believe that. We believe that the mysteries are revealed to “the man of God” and then to us.”

“The Holy Bible is powerless with out the apostle, Samuel Joaquin. It is through him that he intercedes for us to Jesus for our sins.”

“It is Samuel Joaquin who only knows the true will of God. If man wants salvation he must know and believe in the one that has been chosen for salvation, through choosing “the man of God, Samuel Joaquin.”

“Wisdom of God is not found by faith in Christ’s Spirit to teach or by the Bible, but only by the word of Samuel Joaquin the chosen one.”

What LLDM does preach is believing that God has "elected" Samuel Joaquin and to believe in that "election", period. The Scriptures that are offered by LLDM, which are taken out of context, are ones that attempt to support this belief of the "election" of Samuel Joaquin for salvation and that Jesus Christ is unable to provide to mankind the free grace from God of salvation without a "man of God" here on earth. In a nut shell, this is the doctrine of salvation through Samuel Joaquin.

“The world has taken upon them selves to preach the gospel of God without a man of God’s authority. They are wrong. You will not enter heaven without the authority of the man of God, the apostle Samuel Joaquin.”

With all humility and love through Jesus Christ and as taught and empowered by the Holy Spirit, I offer a study on a question that I posed here.

What is the Biblical Christian Doctrine of Salvation?

Salvation is deliverance from danger or suffering. To save is to deliver or protect. The word carries the idea of victory, health, or preservation. Sometimes, the Bible uses the words saved or salvation to refer to temporal, physical deliverance, such as Paul’s deliverance from prison (Philippians 1:19) -" Yes, and I will continue to rejoice, 19for I know that through your prayers and the help given by the Spirit of Jesus Christ, what has happened to me will turn out for my deliverance."

More often, the word “salvation” concerns an eternal, spiritual deliverance. When Paul told the Philippian jailer what he must do to be saved, he was referring to the jailer’s eternal destiny (Acts 16:30-31)- "30He then brought them out and asked, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" 31They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household."

Jesus equated being saved with entering the kingdom of God (Matthew 19:24-25) - "24Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." 25When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked, "Who then can be saved?"

What are we saved from? In the Christian doctrine of salvation, we are saved from “wrath,” that is, from God’s judgment of sin (Romans 5:9; 1 Thessalonians 5:9). Our sin has separated us from God, and the consequence of sin is death (Romans 6:23). Biblical salvation refers to our deliverance from the consequence of sin and therefore involves the removal of sin.

Who does the saving? Only God can remove sin and deliver us from sin’s penalty (2 Timothy 1:9) - "9who has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time",(Titus 3:5) - "5he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit,".

How does God save? In the Christian doctrine of salvation, God has rescued us through Christ (John 3:17) - "17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him."

Specifically, it was Jesus’ death on the cross and subsequent resurrection that achieved our salvation (Romans 5:10) - " 10For if, when we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!";(Ephesians 1:7) - " 7In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God's grace."

Scripture is clear that salvation is the gracious, undeserved gift of God (Ephesians 2:5) -' 5made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved.";(Ephesians 2:8) - "8For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God" — and is only available through faith in Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12) - "12Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved."

How do we receive salvation? We are saved by faith. First, we must hear the gospel—the good news of Jesus’ death and resurrection (Ephesians 1:13). Then, we must believe—fully trust the Lord Jesus (Romans 1:16). This involves repentance, a changing of mind about sin and Christ (Acts 3:19), and calling on the name of the Lord (Romans 10:9-10, 13).

A definition of the Christian doctrine of salvation would be “The deliverance, by the grace of God, from eternal punishment for sin which is granted to those who accept by faith God’s conditions of repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus.” Salvation is available in Jesus alone (John 14:6; Acts 4:12) and is dependent on God alone for provision, assurance, and security.

May this help to clarify and edify the gospel of Jesus Christ as powered by the Holy Spirit.

    1. Your church sings to Samuel and worship him making no difference from the idol worship of the Catholics

    2. One difference is to worship. Which is to kneel in front and praise him and treat him as God. One thing is certain that we honor him with our songs. Example: when you love someone some people profess that love through songs and poems etc. Is not fanatism or worship. Worship is to God only and Jesus Christ

  2. Dear Anonymous (4/15),

(This comment post is part 1 of 2)

I give all praise and joy to the Holy Spirit of my Master, the Lord Jesus Christ for bringing you to this humble site and I thank you for your comments for this is why I have and continue to post my personal, eye witness, accounts of what I have seen, heard and of what has been spoken to me by the "official" pastors and deacons of LLDM.

I am very familiar with the full name of LLDM but even the church of LLDM, out of ease of writing format, do not write the entire name out, but I apologize if I have offend you by not writing out the full name.

I commend you for including in your comment scripture, many of which I bring to full context with in this site. I would be very happy to discuses with you each one. Over the past, now seven years, that I have had close contact with LLDM I have yet found any of these single verse citing used in their true context.

But I do understand in light of the doctrine taught by LLDM regarding salvation through Samuel and with this mind set believe that these verses support and justify a faith in him for your salvation.

I would like to comment on a few of your scripture citing.

(John 3:34) - This passage is talking of no one else but for Jesus Christ. John, the apostle, is giving is first hand account of what John the Baptist is talking about, and that is Jesus Christ and neither himself nor anyone else; but only of the Christ, Lord Jesus.

Verse 34 has been taught to support Samuel and his father Aaron as the "one whom God has sent...” It is the Lord Jesus Christ, God in the flesh (John 1:1-2,14) that God has sent and "speaks the words of God,"

(1 Corinthians 2:16) - is again another single verse used with out consideration for the entire chapter and even of the entire letter. Paul is telling the Corinthians, and we, in Christ, that no one but the Spirit of God can know the mind of the Lord. And if anyone tries to know the mind of God with out the Spirit of the Lord in them they never well, but when by faith you are in the body of Christ you will also have the mind of Christ in you. With the mind of Christ in you, and not because of anything we can do, you will then be able to understand the Word of God and of the Lord Jesus the Christ as you read the Bible yourself and you will not need anyone to tell you what to think about what you are reading for you will have the “mind of Christ”.

(2 Corinthians 5:18) – To understand this verse you again have to read the whole passage (5:16-21). Paul is very clearly declaring only one person here the Lord Jesus Christ. God has reconciled the “world to himself” through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ. When Paul states “and gave us the ministry of reconciliation:” you can not stop there. You have to continue with the rest of the statement “that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ” and in Christ alone. Paul is not and never did declare that the reconciliation was through neither him nor any of the other apostles of Jesus Christ. What Paul does say is that it is the “ministry” that he and all of the other apostles bring to the world; the gospel of Good News, of salvation through Jesus Christ alone is the power of salvation.

  3. (Part 2 of 2) of comment to Anonymous (4/15)

I want to finish by leaving you with this passage from Paul’s letter to the Ephesians.

(Ephesians 1:13-14) – “And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession – to the praise of his glory.”

In this passage from Paul; is he giving himself credit for being the power to the gospel of salvation here on earth to mankind? No! He is giving all glory to Christ and glory to the “word of truth”!

The only “Man of God” that we have for salvation is the Lord Jesus Christ. There never has nor ever be anyone else but the Lord Jesus Christ for our salvation here on earth under heaven.

Just as Peter so clearly declared to the Jews in (Acts 4:12) – “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved.”

And if there was to be any man to believe that because he was on earth mankind was saved it would have been Peter. And Peter is not the rock that Jesus was talking about in ( Matthew 16:18) as the Roman Catholics and LLDM believe. You have to also read what Peter said to Jesus in verse 16, “Simon Peter answered, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God” in order to understand what Jesus Christ was saying in verse 18.

Jesus was telling Peter that the declaration that he had just made in verse 16 is the “rock” that Jesus Christ “will build my church” on “and the gates of Hades will not overcome it”.

So in other words the “rock” that supports the church of Jesus Christ is that Christ is the Son of the Living God and He is alive and well in heaven at this very moment (Hebrews).

Dear soul, the point is that you and you alone must call upon the Spirit of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ and read out loud to your self all of the Scripture. This is my continuing prayer that not just members of LLDM but all come to the only true source for salvation, the Holy Bible, the Word of God and not on what you have been told to believe by anyone other than the Lord Jesus Christ; for He is the Word made flesh the savior of the world for ever and ever! Amen

  5. Dear Anonymous (July 30, 2010),

I thank you for taking the time to read and more importantly to question what you have read. This is the whole point of way I make time for my Lord to encourage all who have heard of a gospel through the mouths of men only and have yet to study what they have been taught by these men to see for themselves rather it is from the one true Spirit or from another spirit (1 John 4). As it was when the great apostle Paul commended the Bereans for not take Paul at his word only about the Word and salvation through Jesus Christ.

(Act 17:11) - 11Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.

To answer your question an important verse in understanding the filling of the Holy Spirit is the following.

(John 14:15-16) “"If you love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever.””

This where Jesus promised the Spirit would indwell believers and that the indwelling would be permanent. This permanent indwelling of the Spirit is not for a select few believers, but for all believers. There are a number of references in Scripture that support this conclusion. First, the Holy Spirit is a gift given to all believers in Jesus without exception, and no conditions are placed upon this gift except faith in Christ. There is no one else in whom we most believe in or be under the authority of for this wonderful gift except for the Living Christ Jesus.

(John 6:28-29) - 28 Then they asked him, "What must we do to do the works God requires?" 29 Jesus answered, "The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent."

(John 7:37-39) - “37On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. 38Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him." 39By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.”

Please continue with next comment post.

  6. (Continued from previous comment posting.)

Second, the Holy Spirit is given at the moment of salvation.

(Ephesians 1:13) – “And you also were included in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit,”

(Galatians 3:2) - 2I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit by observing the law, or by believing what you heard?

Both of these passages of Scripture emphasize this same truth, saying that the sealing and indwelling of the Spirit took place at the time of believing.

Third, the Holy Spirit indwells believers permanently. The Holy Spirit is given to believers as a down payment, or verification of their future glorification in Christ.

(2 Corinthians 1:22) – “20For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God. 21Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, 22set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.”

(Ephesians 4:30) - 30And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption”

So in summary believe in the living Lord Jesus the Christ and you come to believe in Him by reading God’s revelation to mankind, his Word (Jesus Christ, God in the Flesh John 1:1,2, 14). And the Word is the Holy Bible. Once you heard the Word of God you will receive the gift of faith from the Father. Once you have received the gift of faith you will then come to have a true love for Jesus. And this true love for Christ will allow for the Spirit to give birth the spirit in you marking you forever in the body of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Eph 1:13).

Read the Gospel of John out loud to your self for faith comes from hearing the words of God and his Word, the Lord Jesus Christ, even though someone may not yet be indwelled with the Holy Spirit the Holy Spirit will guide you as you hear the words of God even when the words are coming from your own mouth.

May God’s blessing be with you, Amen.

  7. Dear Anonymous,

Here is the answer to the second part of your question.

“what church is jesus coming back for?”

Before answering your question we must first recognize what the Scriptures says is “The Church”.

The phrase “the Body of Christ” is a common New Testament metaphor for the Church (all those who are truly saved). The Church is called “one body in Christ” in Romans 12:5, “one body” in 1 Corinthians 1:17, “the body of Christ” in 1 Corinthians 12:27 and Ephesians 4:12, and “the body” in Hebrews 13:3. The Church is clearly equated with “the body” of Christ in Ephesians 6:23 and Colossians 1:24.

When Christ entered our world, He took on a physical body “prepared” for Him (Hebrews 10:5; Philippians 2:7). Through His physical body, Jesus demonstrated the love of God clearly, tangibly, and boldly—especially through His sacrificial death on the cross (Romans 5:8). After His bodily ascension, Christ continues His work in the world through those He has redeemed—the Church now demonstrates the love of God clearly, tangibly, and boldly. In this way, the Church functions as “the Body of Christ.”

The Church may be called the Body of Christ because of these facts:

    1) Members of the Body of Christ are joined to Christ in salvation (Ephesians 4:15-16).

    2) Members of the Body of Christ follow Christ as their Head (Ephesians 1:22-23).

    3) Members of the Body of Christ are the physical representation of Christ in this world. The Church is the organism through which Christ manifests His life to the world today.

    4) Members of the Body of Christ are indwelt by the Holy Spirit of Christ (Romans 8:9).

    5) Members of the Body of Christ possess a diversity of gifts suited to particular functions (1 Corinthians 12:4-31). “The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ” (verse 12).

    6) Members of the Body of Christ share a common bond with all other Christians, regardless of background, race, or ministry. “There should be no division in the body, but . . . its parts should have equal concern for each other” (1 Corinthians 12:25).

    7) Members of the Body of Christ are secure in their salvation (John 10:28-30). For a Christian to lose his salvation, God would have to perform an “amputation” on the Body of Christ!

    8) Members of the Body of Christ partake of Christ’s death and resurrection (Colossians 2:12).

    9) Members of the Body of Christ share Christ’s inheritance (Romans 8:17).

    10) Members of the Body of Christ receive the gift of Christ’s righteousness (Romans 5:17).

So as we have seen there is no one named church that the Lord Jesus is coming for only, such as only the “Roman Catholic Church” or only the “Mormon Church”, or the “Luz Del Mundo Church”, or the “Jehovah Witness Church”, or the “Baptist Church, or the “Methodist Church”, or the “Pentecost Church”. Will you let the point.

The naming of a religious organization has no bearing as to being the church that Christ will come for only. You will not find any such reference in the New Testament of such a “only church”.

As a matter of fact, the apostle Paul addressed this very issue with the Corinthians. The Corinthians were beginning to group themselves to whom had brought the Word to them, and in doing so believed that whom every was the person who brought the Word was the only authority.

Some had heard the Word from Paul and believed that everyone must be under his authority. Others had heard the Word from Apollos and believed that everyone must be under Apollos’ authority. This even when for those who heard the Word from Cephas, and finally there were those who were saying that only under Jesus Christ would we be saved, and yes under Jesus is the only way, but the Corinthians were not under Christ with love, but to make themselves feel more holy, more important than all of those who wanted to follow there own special authority. Here is what Paul had to say.

    (Corinthians 1:10-12)

10I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and thought. 11My brothers, some from Chloe's household have informed me that there are quarrels among you. 12What I mean is this: One of you says, "I follow Paul"; another, "I follow Apollos"; another, "I follow Cephas"; still another, "I follow Christ."

Paul put to in the most beautifully simple way on what the church of Jesus Christ is and how to become a part of it.

    (Romans 10:8-13)
8But what does it say? "The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart," that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: 9That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. 11As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame." 12For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

Does Paul name a specific church or does he only call on the name of Jesus?

Through His Word may God richly bless you, Amen.

  10. Please do not say your "sorry" for asking many questions. This is what I do to serve my Master and Lord Jesus Christ.

To answer your question: No Paul did not have followers of him. Paul always taught that he was only pointing the way to Christ. Just as Paul told the Corinthians>

  11. Here is a saying concerning the beginning of the article, where you claim that there is no scriptural evidence to support the necessity to accept and believe the servant of God. Here is one.

    John 13:20
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that receiveth whomsoever I send receiveth me; and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.

Think about it this way, if a king send a messenger to deliver a message and people receive him not, they also reject the king whose message it is.

  12. Here is your quote:
"The Scriptures that are offered by LLDM, which are taken out of context, are ones that attempt to support this belief of the "election" of Samuel Joaquin for salvation and that Jesus Christ is unable to provide to mankind the free grace from God of salvation without a "man of God" here on earth."

Let's start that we do not say that that Jesus is unable, but it is his will to send us his messenger. Also, indeed the scripture can bring you to God, but the problem is to understand the scripture the right way. IF it wouldn't be so, then we would have one christian doctrine throughout the world.

Pleas provide examples of those scriptures that are take out of context.

  13. To understand the importance of apostolic authority we need to read some verses.
If there are still some questions, I will answer them later.

Mathew 28:16-19 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them. And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted. And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

John 17:19 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word

  14. hello i am a member of la luz del mundo and have seen some of the comments posted here. the comments seem to be more mature than most sites out there so they peeked my interest. i was born and raised in lldm and have studied the scriptures extensivly to the best of my abilities and with the help of my lord .i have a few questions for christopher tarrant. we can call this a debate if u will :) both u and me believe in one god and his son jesus christ who died for our sins, however we disagree on Samuel joaquin after all so many people claim to be apostles these days dont they? lol my question is can you show me where in the bible u can find the name "jesus christ" in the old testament? remember the pharisees were well versed in the torah and back then thats all we had. if u can show me a verse or the spot in the old testament where it states that JESUS CHRIST is our savior plz do. if not then how do u know he is? today many people say that the bible does not mention samuel joaquin as an apostol therefore he is false! but keep in mind that samuel claims to be an APOSTLE, now can u imagine a man claiming to be THE SON OF GOD?? i do not think we would have as many christians as we do today because many go with what they see not by faith! anyway these questions are the ones i have for now! i enjoy a healthy debate so whatever response will not be offensive so long as it stays repectful! God bless!!

  15. i am the same anonymous that posted the comment on dec. 31 2011. il go by the name gabriel! ok well i read the quote in what christopher tarrant wrote: "Who does the saving? Only God can remove sin and deliver us from sin’s penalty (2 Timothy 1:9)" this is true however jesus christ was also given this authority so this quote is missing christ!! and if u read the book of john chapter 20 verses 21-23 it states:
"Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.

And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:

23Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained

as you can see in verse 23 christ took his authority to remit sins and gave it to the apostles!!!

im a member of lldm and we have learned what we know from samuel joaquin, who like the apostle paul is called by our lord jesus to continue the good news of salvation to us gentiles. i would like to hear from ppl concerning our beliefs. and also my mother was in the apostles house helping with the cleaning during the yrs 1980, 81, 82 she was 17 yrs old accompanied by an older woman who was incondicional and we can say that all the things said about him are lies!! 100 percent! the accusers were not members of lldm at all, if they were they would have been in my mothers group!! thay are falsly accusing an innocent man!! also i have been to texas and visited the ranch at silver wolf and have gone in while the apostle visits the ranch and there is no military gangster militia or whatever ppl accuse him of having there!! just fyi to all non members!

  16. I believe God has been the same since i don't know...forever? back before even Moses I'm pretty sure they didn't have a Bible with revelations about a man named Jesus yet even Moses to tell people who to follow until the old testament. but Jesus wasn't in the old testament until after he died they had to make a whole new testament(correct?) I believe it was because of faith that people follows Jesus. I am not saying Samuel Juaquin is Jesus.I'm I making sense so far? I believe Samuel Juaquin is sort of a link to Jesus. like a satellite receiver is to a t.v. but that receiver needs a signal to make images into a television. Luke 11:49 I believe if God can put people like Noah, Moses, King David , Esther back then then he has the power to do it now. May the peace and Grace of God be in your hearts and God bless ( ・∀・)

DATING BACK AS FAR AS WE CAN UNDERSTAND FROM THE TESTIMONIES OF THE BIBLE,WE CANNOT DENY THAT IN FRONT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE LORD,THERE WAS ALWAYS THAT ONE PERSON,A CHOSEN ONE ,CHOSEN BY GOD TO LEAD HIS PEOPLE.THE LORD ALWAYS HAD AND STILL TO THIS DAY,(BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THAT THE LORD NEVER CHANGES.HE IS THE SAME YESTERDAY,TODAY,AND TOMARROW)HAS SOMEONE IN FRONT OF HIS CHURCH.THIS IS HIS WAY OF COMMUNICATION TO THE PEOPLE HE HAS CHOSEN TO BE PART OF THE GRACE THAT IS SPOKEN IN THE BIBLE AND PREACHED.
KNOWING THAT IN Amos 3:7 Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.
Meaning that ONLY THROUGH HIS CHOSEN ONES WILL HE REVEAL HIS SECRETS.

  18. NOW THE LORD WAS MERCIFUL AND SENT HIS SON JESUS CHRIST DIE ONCE AND FOR ALL FOR OUR SINS. BEING THE MERE IMAGE OF HIS FATHER,HE ALSO CHOSE 12 MEN AND THROUGHOUT THE TIME THAT HE WAS HERE WITH THEM,HE TAUGHT THEM THE TRUE DOCTRINE OF THE LORD.THE PERFECT DOCTRINE THAT THEY RECIEVED WHICH THE FATHER HAD REVEALED TO THE SON. AND THIS IS WHAT HE DID.

Luke 9:1-2 Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases.
And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

SO NOW AS YOU CAN SEE,THESE MEN CHOSEN BY JESUS CHRIST WHO WAS CHOSEN BY GOD WAS GIVEN AUTHORITY .THEY HAD THE ONLY TRUE DOCTRINE THAT EXISTED IN THAT TIME AND THE GOAL WAS TO PREACH THE DOCTRINE THE TRUE WORD OF GOD TO THE PEOPLE..

AFTER JESUS DIED ON THE CROSS,THEY RECIEVED YET ANOTHER BLESSING. IT SAYS
Acts 1:7-8 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

SO NOW THESE SAME MEN WHO WAS WITH JESUS DAILY,RECIEVING THE GREAT BLESSING FROM JESUS HIMSELF WERE THEONLY ONES WHO RECIEVED THIS POWER.

NOW THE TRUE CHURCH OF GOD IS LIKE THIS:
1 Corinthians 12:28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

NOT ONLY DID THEY RECIEVE POWER BY JESUS,BUT IT IS RECOGNIZED BY THE LORD AS WELL.

  19. THAT THE CHURCH OF GOD MUST FIRST HAVE AN APOSTLE,THEN PROPHETS,THEN TECHERS ETC. THE LORD IS A GOD OF ORDER. HE IS A PERFECT.AND THIS IS HOW HE WANTS HIS TRUE CHURCH TO BE FORMED.

    1. You should ask God. And yes, the church of God is a kingdom of God... You fool, can't you see that everything he touches God prospers??? Everything the Kingdom of God is today is because of his arduous work for The Lord.

    To anonymous from April 28..?

You say can Samuel explain the theory of evolution.? What theory or evolution?? I don't know if you believe in god or what your beliefs are.. But if you do believe in god than the answer is simple.. God is the author of life, the potter who makes the pots to his desire..if you don't believe in god than what are your believes so we can talk... God bless

  26. Science, I assume you believe in the Big Bang theory? Well, did you know that the universe is infinite? That even Einstein believed in creationism? They recently discovered that the universe and dark matter keeps expanding and have no idea where it's coming from, completely disproving the Big Bang theory. Besides, if you don't believe in creationism, then where would the gases come from that would create the perfect conditions for the Big Bang? You can't get something from nothing, that's creationism. What is your interest in, you're here seeking answers yea?

Where did you get that Einstein believed in creationism???

Einstein believed in Spinoza'a God not in a "personal God" who concerns himself with the actions of man! look this information up! Einstein believed in a God of Order not a God who breaks the laws of science.

    2. The big bang theory disproved? it was just proven this year with evidence, look these facts up! looks like LLDM is really living in the stone age! this is what happens when you have religion. you get a bunch of mindless zombies following one man who tells stories about how he had dreams that he and God spoke face to face and that he is here to complete a mission and blah blah blah! all religions are the same and the funny part is that they spend hours debating this nonsense!

  27. Disproving the Big bang Theory?? Cite your sources please! post what you read and from where. You cant get something from nothing????? didnt GOD MAKE EVERYTHING FROM NOTHING??? EVEN IF YOU ANSWER THAT THEN WHO CREATED GOD? SINCE YOU SAY YOU CANNOT CREATE SOMETHING FROM NOTHING THAN GOD HAS A CREATOR...

  28. God needs no creator for he is the creator for the word of God is the spirit and the word of God life and what comes from the word is the creation of life because everything works not of what us mere mortals think functions and explanation in science for God has also created but everything here on earth has life in its own body like we have bodies heavenly creatures have a body the beast of the land of the sky and of the sea so as well the trees the sea the wind and God dose not need to explain like a father dose not need to explain to his child for if he did u would not understand like an infant that still feeds on milk just trust to be loved by his hers parents so are we like infants and ignorant as a child in Gods eye and are trust is in faith. mans wiling to find answers and of belief all these are as well alive in the holy spirit that is with in us from God that he allows answers and dreams and questions inventions for God make good things beautiful things we are the once that miss use of the minds and miss use them for evil doing for if it is not use of the lord it is miss obedient use of the father and for devil and his legion of demons God created heaven and every thing in it those that were miss obedient made demons and devils of them self there for became un pure and ugliness from with in came out to the surface of them and cast out of the Glory of God

wow how very convenient for you! that is what all religions say!

you demand evidence when science makes claims and yet when atheists and agnostics make claims you back up and say

      "God needs no creator"

very convenient but everything you say about demons and angels need to be proven with EVIDENCE

      What evidence do you present??
