Doctrine #2 and #3 of La Luz Del Mundo

God's Blessing to you and may the Holy Spirit bring the Light of Truth to our Hearts.

Here is the second and third of fourteen main doctrines that are taught by La Luz Del Mundo. When you see me post more than one doctrine it is because these doctrines are very similar in subject and therefore are covered by the same scripture references. After each doctrine(s), I have listed scripture verses that address the particular doctrine(s) in question. Please read the doctrine(s) and the verses with your Bible so that you my fully appreciate the the scripture in context, and read out loud even if you are by yourself.

(Romans 10:17) - "Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ."

For a full listing of all of the fourteen doctrines go to my posting "True Doctrines of La Luz Del Mundo" date August 13, 2009.

#2 - “The will of God is hidden. The door is closed to every body except “the man of God.”

#3 - “The world believes that the truth of God and the mystery is revealed to all man kind. The Light of the World does not believe that. We believe that the mysteries are revealed to “the man of God” and then to us.”

Romans 11:25 -I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in.

Romans 16:25 - Now to him who is able to establish you by my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages..

1 Corinthians 15:51
- Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed—

Ephesians 1:9
- And he made known to us the mystery of his will according to his good pleasure, which he purposed in Christ,

Ephesians 3:3
- that is, the mystery made known to me by revelation, as I have already written briefly.

Ephesians 3:4
- In reading this, then, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ,

Ephesians 3:6
- This mystery is that through the gospel the Gentiles are heirs together with Israel, members together of one body, and sharers together in the promise in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 3:9
- and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things.

Ephesians 5:32
- This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church.

Ephesians 6:19
- Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel,

Colossians 1:26
- the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the saints.

Colossians 1:27
- To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

Colossians 2:2
- My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ,

Colossians 4:3
- And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains.

1 Timothy 3:16
- Beyond all question, the mystery of godliness is great: He appeared in a body, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.

PERSONAL COMMENTS:

What other mysteries are there to be revealed regarding the perfect blood of Lord Jesus Christ and the power of His blood for the forgiveness of our sins so that we may receive freely the blessings of Grace from God the Father? After reading these passages how can anyone say that this is a mystery.

Yes, Paul does state of the "mysteries" revealed to him, but he goes on and says, "In reading this" he has written the will of Lord Jesus Christ down for all to read and study for the good work of salvation.

So the question is why do we need anyone to tell us what the mysteries are? That is unless they are telling those who follow them that they have new "mysteries" to tell. But that would not fly because to be a disciple of Jesus Christ means that you follow to the letter his teachings, and he has taught us in his Revelation to us through John -

Revelation 22:18
- I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book.

Now on the other hand, if a person or leader of a congregation is not bringing new "mysteries", but is saying that the congregation is in need of an apostle for them to understand what is written in the Holy Bible, then that apostle is simple saying to their disciples that they are either to dumb and/or to illiterate to understand for themselves what is clearly written.

The pure, perfect, and simple message of salvation through Jesus Christ does not require the filling of the Holy Spirit, other wise no one would be able to come to Christ - this the "milk" of the word for salvation. Now, if one wants to understand the "meat" of the word, then yes, you are going to need the help of the Holy Spirit to understand.

I am of the opinion, that since we are told by the Lord Jesus Christ that we have everything we need for the forgiveness of sins, as found in the Holy Bible, we have no need of "modern day apostles" since there are no more mysteries to reveal to the body of Christ with regards to salvation from our sin state.

If you have not read Hebrews this would be a good time to do so, and remember to read it out loud, even to yourself.

Is there more mysteries to be reveled to us? Yes, but that will not happen until we of the faith are carried into heaven by our Lord Jesus Christ and taken to be with God the Father. It will be at that time that all of the mysteries of the Father will be known to us. But for now, while here on earth and living in the flesh, we have all that we need from the Holy Bible for our salvation and for the spreading of the Lord's gospel.

God's blessings through our Lord Jesus Christ as powered by the Holy Spirit, Amen.

an apostle is necessary! they are ambassadors of christ. God reconciled himself through the world through his son and gave the apostles the ministry of reconciliation...in other words God can forgive ur sins through the ministry of reconciliation that only an apostle holds... the word reconciliation means "To reestablish a close relationship between". now when a person sins, all that awaits him is death because christ cannot be brought down to die again for our sins, however this is where the ministry of rconciliation comes in and why we have the need for Apostles!!!

    2 corinthians 5: verse 17-21

17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and HAS GIVEN US the MINISTRY OF RECONCILIATION, 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has COMMITTED TO US the word of reconciliation.
20 Now then, WE ARE AMBASSADORS FOR CHRIST, AS THOUGH GOD WERE PLEADING THROUGH US: we implore you ON CHRIST'S BEHALF, be reconciled to God. 21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

as you can see an apostle is very necessary for our salvation! without them we do not have the ministry of reconciliation on earth! many ppl do not think we need apostles and that they were only used by god in the times of the bible, however the scripture sais that God is the same yesterday now and forever! the doctrine does not change! it is just much easier to think that we dont need apostles. the fact of the matter is we do!!!

2 corinthians 6 verses 1-10 (for people who still doubt we need an apostle)

1 We then (The Apostles), as workers together with Him (christ) also plead with you not to receive the grace of God in vain. 2 For He says:

“ In an acceptable time I have heard you,
And in the day of salvation I have helped you.”[a]
Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.
3 We give no offense in anything, that OUR MINISTRY (THE APOSTLE'S MINISTRY) may not be blamed. 4 But in all things we commend ourselves as MINISTERS OF GOD: in much patience, in tribulations, in needs, in distresses, 5 in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labors, in sleeplessness, in fastings; 6 by purity, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Spirit, by sincere love, 7 by the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, 8 by honor and dishonor, by evil report and good report; as deceivers, and yet true; 9 as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold we live; as chastened, and yet not killed; 10 as sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.

  2. Dear Gabriel,

I agree with you 100% that "apostles" are nessecary for salvation, because without messengers of the Word for salvation throught the name of the Lord Jesus Christ no one can be saved because they would not hear the Word if a messenger (ambassators) of the Lord Jesus Christ - does not bring it to them. All who are in the body of Chirst are his ambassators.

The false teaching from LLDM is that SJF, as well as his father, is that the Word has no power with him and that is not a doctrine taught by the first century church and Apostles.

The orginal Apostles preached that the Power is in the Word and they are only a messenger of the Word.

    to christopher

yes, you are right in saying the power is in the word, however the bible is a collection of epistles of the ministry of the apostles back then! the bible itself is not the word of God, the bible can be burned, many muslims and non-believers do it daily, is the word of God burning? ofcourse not!! the bible is an example...thats all, its not the living word of God. The Apostle Paul cannot do anything for me now, he is awaiting the final day! his ministry is done! Jesus Christ himself is not preaching anymore because he finished his work as stated in

    John 17 verse 4

"I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do"

***keep in mind this is BEFORE his crucifixion***

then later in the same chapter in verse 18

"As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world"

How was christ sent to the world?? as a savior and as the light! The Apostles have that Authority aswell!! They could forgive sins and turn you over to Satan if they choose!!

    1 timothy 1:20

"Of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I have delivered unto Satan, that they may learn not to blaspheme"

    also in

    1 corinthians 5 verses 3-6

"3For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,

4In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,

5To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus."

read verse 1! the Apostle sais he had JUDGED that person!! didnt christ say only he had that authority???

    John 5 verse 22

"For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son"

Why then did The Apostle Paul judge if only christ has that authority?? because that same authority Paul recieved from christ!!!!!

    further more in

    1 corinthians 5 verse 4

"and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,"

notice he says his spirit WITH THE POWER OF JESUS CHRIST!!! The Apostles are specific men called DIRECTLY by christ!! not everyone is an Apostle!! its clear as day how much proof do people need to accept the truth???? Today the Apostle SAMUEL JOAQUIN HAS THE LIVING WORD OF GOD THROUGH THE POWER AND WILL OF CHRIST!!!!

look at this example of the apostle Paul!

    1 corinthians 4:14-18

14I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you.

15For though ye have ten thousand instructers in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.

16Wherefore I beseech you, be ye followers of me.

17For this cause have I sent unto you Timotheus, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which be in Christ, as I teach every where in every church.

look at how the Apostle sais follow ME! not christ but ME! and imitate ME! and I HAVE BEGOTTEN YOU! why would he speak such blasphemy! because according to all nonmembers it should be blasphemy for an Apostle to say such things

  5. this is a different anonymous...just call me mr.blue..cheesy but irrelevant...anywho i just have a few points to make..

1.the bible was written approximately 300 years afte jesus' time.

2.things get lost in translation and thru word of mouth..originally the verses were passed down thru word of mouth, and of course it wasnt in spanish nor english

3.Men are men..even Judas, being an Apostle, betrayed jesus. So yes, question EVRYTHING..and by the way there are 13 apostles named in the bible.

4.Evrything u have faith in is based on solely that.faith...u werent around wen the bible was written so kinda hard 2 say if its 100% accurate..not sayin i discredit anything in the holy bible.i personally believe in the IDEA of it. (morals, teachings and overall telling us 2 b good persons)but again its based on how far my faith in IT(the bible) goes.not in GOD

5.Common Sense- which is God given and we all have(though not all ouf us use it.)
Why would God wait so long to send us an apostle? so evryone basically went to hell for more than 1900 years because there was no apostle?dnt we have a loving God? Dnt we have the Holy Spirit to guide us? Im not questioning god..simply religion.

4.There is no point in arguing sometimes..we all seek the truth but people sometimes blindly believe in certain things. Just use common sense and reasoning because the day we are judged no one will vouch for us but jesus if we follow his teachings. Read the bible as a WHOLE not just specific verses.wat is the message it sends?and remember.WHY does it say it? TO who?WHEN?WHO its said it? and WHY?

    ReplyDelete
  6. Mr. Blue Cheesy but irrelevant- nice name!

You are right in many of your points, and im glad to be typing with someone who uses their common sense.
The bible, although it says do not add or omit anything, sadly has been passed down the hands of evil men who have done just that.. Why? But for profits of course! That is precisely why we have so much mass confusion and so many religions! The bible also specifically states "the letter kills" 2 Cor. 3:6. What does this mean? It means that, like the Pharisees, whosoever lives by it surely will die. Think about it, did Jesus ever say, "I will send a book, to which you will be saved by"? No, he never did. Which is why I feel sorry for people like Chris Tarrant who think they can pick up the bible, read it, and start preaching, just like the Pharisees and the scribes of Jesus' time. Now The Lord did not call for a book, however, he did say that the bible gives TESTIMONY about him, that he lived, and existed on EARTH.
Now, you were seeking answers about the bible in general. Are you ready for the mysteries of the bible to be revealed to you? Here it goes. That God, being all mighty and powerful, when he wanted to save Israel from Egypt, called on a man Moses. When he wanted to turn them into the promised land called on Joshua. When he wanted to lead them through wars called on David. When he wanted to teach them the prophetic word called on Isaiah. And so on, and so on with the rest of his prophets, Daniel, Jeremiah, Amos, etc. Now he sent his son, but he did not change in anyway, given his son Jesus the Christ power, Christ annulled the Law which was given to Moses. However, the covenant, the pact with mankind was still to remain the same because the Son does as the father, only this this time through the Apostles of Jesus Christ (Luke 11:49).
Christ gave many references about who these true Apostles would be, "by their fruits you will know them." What are these fruit? I am one of them. I could not know these truths without the grace of God to all on an Authentic Aposlte of Jesus Christ. The bible, unlocked. Pray, as I will for you. GBY.
